By purchasing or using CSI 2.0 – The Coffee Shop Illusion or any other CSI-associated products (collectively, “CSI Products”), you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Professional Use Only: CSI Products are professional illusion props and not consumer toys. They involve the use of hot liquids, metallic components, and performance methods which, if mishandled, may cause burns, injury, or property damage.

2. Safety & Handling: Certain metallic components are made from a low-melting-point alloy which is not food-safe. Do not ingest or serve any liquid that has been in contact with these components. Always read and follow all safety and usage instructions provided.

3. Assumption of Risk: By using CSI Products, you assume full responsibility for your safety, the safety of your audience, and the responsible handling of all included components. You agree to hold Lebanon Circle, its creator(s), and affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, injuries, or losses resulting from misuse, negligence, or failure to follow instructions.

4. Counterfeit Products: This disclaimer only applies to original CSI Products manufactured and sold by Lebanon Circle. Lebanon Circle accepts no liability for any injury, damage, or loss arising from counterfeit, unauthorised, or modified versions (including but not limited to Chinese knock-off versions).

5. Global Applicability: This statement is enforceable under applicable laws and is intended to provide maximum limitation of liability worldwide to the extent permitted by law.
