Requirements

• JavaScript and website storage enabled.

• Enough free storage for your audio files.

• An internet connection for initial loading and updates. Offline use is available once the app has cached and your sounds are loaded.

• MP3, WAV or M4A audio files supported by your device.

Installation

Use Audoleum directly in your browser, or add it to your phone or tablet’s home screen. No App Store download is required.

Performance use

Keep the screen awake and Audoleum in the foreground. Test your device and audio connection before a show. Older devices and browsers have not been fully tested; no minimum operating-system version is currently specified.

AUDOLEUM — USAGE & IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Audoleum is provided free of charge by Lebanon Circle for use in personal and professional performances. Please read the following before using it.

Your audio

You are responsible for ensuring that you have permission to use any music, recordings or sound effects you load into Audoleum. Access to the app does not include audio licences or public performance permissions.

Devices and compatibility

Audoleum is a browser-based application. Its operation depends on your device, operating system, browser and connected audio equipment. Compatibility with every device, audio format or Bluetooth accessory cannot be guaranteed.

Keep your browser up to date and test Audoleum with your intended equipment before performing.

Live performances

Before each performance, check your audio files, cue settings, volume, battery level and speaker connection. Keep Audoleum in the foreground with the screen awake, and take steps to prevent calls, notifications or other interruptions.

Background playback, playback with the screen locked and Bluetooth media remote operation are not verified features. For important performances, have an alternative method of playing your audio available.

Local storage and backups

Your loaded audio and pad settings are stored locally in the browser on your device. They are not automatically backed up or synchronised between devices.

Clearing website data, removing a browser or app, or automatic storage management by your device may delete your setup. Use Save setup to keep a separate backup containing your audio and settings. Keep copies of your original audio files too.

Loading a saved setup replaces the current soundboard configuration after you confirm the change.

Offline use

An internet connection is required to load Audoleum initially and receive updates. Once the app has cached successfully and your sounds are loaded, it is designed to work offline.

Check offline operation on your chosen device before relying on it during a performance.

Support and availability

Audoleum is supplied as a free performance tool. We welcome reports of faults, but cannot promise an immediate fix, uninterrupted availability or continued compatibility with every future browser or operating-system update.

Privacy

Audoleum’s audio-loading feature stores your selected recordings on your device rather than uploading them to Lebanon Circle. Website hosting may involve separate processing of visitor information. Please refer to the privacy information applicable to the website and its hosting provider.
